Shipping Method
- All the goods are delivered by Courier Company (Areas covered including whole Peninsular Malaysia), we will provide the Tracking Number for customer to trace the order.
- After order confirmation, the order will be processed on the next working day.
- Estimated delivery lead time will be 5-10 working days for Ready-Stock items.
- Upon receiving the parcel, if you notice any damaged please take picture immediately and contact us. (Please don’t chop and sign the parcel and return to us.)
- If you wish to self collect, you may select the Self-Collection options during chekcout. We will inform you when your purchased product are ready to collect.
Strict Quality Control
- Every item will be checked and added protection before being sent out (Customer will receive a checking picture at chat), We ensure that every item is in good condition until it is delivered to the courier service.
- Before receiving items, please check whether the appearance of the box is damaged? If it is found to be broken and the contents inside are also damaged (Take photos as proof), please refuse ️and request the courier service to return it to us.
