Refund Types

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours before we ship out your item and receive a full refund. Please contact us 010-382 3909 (Monday to Saturday “9am-6pm)” and provide your order number if you wish to cancel the order. 

Any cancellations requests are not allowed after we shipped out your item.  We will make the refund to you in 5-7 working days. 

Please take note that Change of Mind as cancel reason are not eligible for the cancellation request.

Refund from returns

Once the item is returned to us and fulfills the return criteria, the refund would be processed in 5-7 working days. 

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. I-Deco Enterprise Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within <<14 DAYS>> after the confirmation.
